About me

Creating clarity. Empowering people. Making organizations effective.

I am a passionate People and Organizational Developer who focuses on making organizations capable of action, decisive and scalable - especially in phases of growth, internationalization and change.

I combine strategic thinking, clear structures and genuine humanity because sustainable performance only arises where people experience orientation, responsibility and trust.

What I achieve in concrete terms

In my work I take responsibility for structure, decision-making logic and implementation.

Typical results of my work are:

  • Clearly defined roles, responsibilities and decision-making processes
  • Noticeably faster decision-making cycles
  • Reduced friction between management, teams and interfaces
  • Transparent performance, goal and compensation logic
  • More stable teams and greater commitment to cooperation

My goal is not to make processes “pretty,” but to make organizations measurably more effective.

Attitude & approach

I work at the interface between organization, leadership and people.

I combine analysis, intuition and clarity.

  • I recognize patterns and areas of tension early on - even where they have not yet been openly identified.
  • I address ambiguities and translate them into concrete decisions and structures.
  • I create spaces where people can take responsibility - not by protecting them but by empowering them.

For me the following applies:

  • Structure instead of uncertainty.
  • Clarity instead of actionism.
  • Responsibility instead of stagnation.

What shapes me personally

As the mother of a wonderful daughter I know what presence reliability, willingness to compromise and genuine listening mean. These values also shape my professional attitude.

I love the north, nature and like to start my day with a “Sudoku coffee” – a conscious ritual for focus and structure before dynamism and complexity take over.

This balance of clarity, analysis and humanity accompanies me in my work every day.

In collaboration, this means

  • I work closely with people and at the same time consistently systemically.
  • I combine empathy with decisiveness.
  • I accompany change not from the outside, but from within the system.

My goal is to support managers and teams in developing viable solutions that are not only accepted but also lived.

What I stand for

  • Authenticity without arbitrariness
  • Clarity without harshness
  • Structure without rigidity

I believe that organizations are successful when people can orient themselves, are allowed to take responsibility, and experience impact.
